1. Introduction

Welcome to the Hashnode Referral Program ("Program"), operated by LinearBytes Inc. ("Hashnode", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 8 The Green, Ste 300, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The Program allows eligible individuals or entities ("Referrer", "you") to refer potential enterprise customers ("Referred Company") to Hashnode's Headless CMS and receive rewards for successful referrals.

4. Rewards

$500 reward will be issued for each successful referral, payable within 30 days after the Referred Company purchases a Hashnode license. Success is subject to verification of the purchase and referral eligibility.

5. Multiple Referrals

There is no limit to the number of companies you can refer. Each successful referral leading to a purchase of a Hashnode license qualifies for a $500 reward.

6. Verification and Exclusions

• Hashnode will verify each Referred Company to ensure the referral is valid. Exclusions apply to:
• Companies already under contract with Hashnode or previously under contract.
• Companies in possession of a current proposal from Hashnode.
• Companies that have had one or more online demonstrations or substantial communications with Hashnode representatives during the six months preceding the referral.
• Companies already referred to Hashnode by another person or entity.
• Hashnode reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline any referral.

7. Tax Liability

Referrers are responsible for any tax liability arising from the receipt of rewards. Consult your personal tax advisor regarding potential tax implications.

8. Program Changes

Hashnode reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

Hashnode, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents are not responsible for any products or services provided by third parties related to the referral rewards.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to Terms

Hashnode reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Program after any modification signifies your acceptance of the changes.
