Akeredolu Olamiji

Olamiji Akeredolu is a young lady that is passionate about empowering women and young children. In January 2020, she joined the Market Women Initiative (MWI) as the Community Engagement Officer. MWI is a non-governmental organization that has 1000 members in Lagos, Nigeria. Their goal is to help change the world by supporting men and women running businesses with interest-free loans, grants, and business training to enable them to scale, irrespective of their current stage. She trained over 1000 business owners on how they could grow their businesses.

In July 2021, She joined an initiative called the Starz Initiative. The goal is to ensure quality education and build future leaders. Through this initiative, she has empowered over 1000 Students.

Currently, Olamiji is the Head of Customer Relations and Operations of The Green Mondays Limited. She manages and supervises the customer experience team and ensures smooth customer relations, operations and partnerships by managing customers' accounts, content generation, training customers and providing support for the Sales and Marketing team.
