I started to automate emails, so I know that I only have to check my email once a day and flag important stuff. When an email is flagged as important, it will automatically become a task. And I challenge myself each morning to clear my tasks before 11 o'clock.

This helps me to stay up-to-date with my clients and escalate a case/task before the end user wants to escalate.

It helps me to clear my mind and keep my energy to focus balanced.
