D3 is good . Recharts is a good alternative if using ReactJS.
it is very fast, catchy and extensible library. Disadvantage: Only For React js framework. recharts.org/en-US
Even I found some other alternative also . But not sure for pros and cons .

D3 is what I am exploring too..
REcharts doesn't provide it out of the box as much as I know. In my requirement, all the y axises will have different range and values like I posted as an example. I saw REcharts got multi chart but that's for different purposes.
