Beginners Innocent, Tutors Mistake

Beginners Innocent, Tutors Mistake

The world of programming for beginners is very slippery and somewhat exiting that they want to learn everything at once, and i think as mentor and teachers or writers we must do a better job in guiding a beginner.

I met someone who wants me to teach typescript saying he already know enough about HTML and CSS, well to my surprise he learnt nothing from where he learnt what he thinks he knows

It appears all he knows or what he think about HTML and CSS is an ionic angular framework, no basic knowledge of HTML or CSS, there is no single knowledge of JavaScript for and he wants to learn typescript to improve his already web dev skill

It appears what he only know how to do is to install ionic and use ionic CSS, he cannot even do basic customization with CSS if he needs to for his app or do any advance typescript.

Which makes me wonder who teaches a beginner ionic and typescript without solidifying there knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Tutors, writers, experienced developers needs to do better with people that are new to web dev, don't rush them just so they feel among, let them know the basics

And for beginner programmer, with the fast pace of programming you cannot use much times staying with the basis for long but that does not mean you should jump on a trend of technology because it looks cool or looks more popular from senior programmer.

I hope we do better
