CSS loading glitch

Hi all, i am build a project to learn more about react, redux etc. My problem is that on the page load there is a a delay when it comes to page style load. The page loads (text etc) and the style after some seconds.

Maybe this can be fixed if i dont use style loader ? Any suggestion is more than welcome.
