GitHub help

Hello, I am a beginner ad I need some help with GitHub, I never used it. I created a project on my PC in flutter and I am working on it. I need to share it with other people who will collaborate to it. It is possible to share this project now on GitHub even if I didn’t create a repository when I started to work on it? Thanks for your help.
