Working for a company with a terrible internet connection (6/1, which translates to 2mbps down and 0.2mbps up over a very unstable vintage copper line), I am reminded daily how dependent I am upon a fairly stable connection. Yes, I have some local projects that have no cdn dependency whatsoever. But there is always installing a npm module, referencing some code on Github, push to staging, monitoring that cloud stack, even chatting on Hashnode and Slack hourly.
How is your dependency? Is it something you're paying attention to? What services/software/helpers/tools do you use that are truly dependent on a connection? Would you be able to get some development done in a wooden shed in Lappia without The Net?
