I have only $150, which learning resource you recommend for learning Elixir and Phoenix?

Hi Everyone!

I am a beginner web developer. I want to learn Elixir and Phoenix. I have only $150 in my paypal. I can buy the Pragmatic Studio's 3 courses bundle "Elixir, Elm, and Bingo Bundle" for only $110 if I apply the elixirforum coupon. But I don't know if learning Elm will be easier/more-benficial or polishing my vanilla-javascript skills at freeCodeCamp will be better, or learning Vue-js form some other course will be easier.

Also I don't know if there are some other courses/books which are cheapter/more-beneficial.

There is also a course by Dave Thomas called "Elixir for Programmers", a book series called "Phoenix inside out", a course at Udemy called "Elixir and Phoenix bootcamp". But I heard a lot of good things about Pragmatic Studio's Rails and Elixir course, now I don't know if taking only their Elixir course will be enough or I should also take their Elm course(s)?

Please guide me.

Thank you!
