Lift JSX toolbar to the parent component

Hi All,

Each test component in my code has a JSX toolbar and I would like to lift it to the parent component on doubleclick for displaying and editing. After editing I'd like changes to be reflected in the child components. Here is the codesandbox link codesandbox.io/s/zen-northcutt-jx1so?file=/..
