Make categories for posts

I'd love if I could categorize my posts besides just using tags. The categories could be customizable, and would be placed next to the pages I make.

For example, I could make a tutorial category. I would be able to place all my tutorial posts into this category, and because it'd be next to the pages on my blog, it's easy for visitors to look through specific categories they want to browse.
