Here are few upgrades that are coming in:

<li>CSS <a target='_blank' href="https://tabatkins.github.io/specs/css-nesting/">nesting spec</a> in consideration</li>
<li>CSS <code>@import</code> will finally be relevant when HTTP2 comes into play</li>
