SEO and OG settings for Pages

I would like to have an option to set separated OG image for separated pages. Currently it uses default one from the blog but it's not fitting the content in my case.

Also, it would be nice if we could set the meta tags such as title and description for the page individually so it doesn't just grab first paragraph.
