Should modern CSS frameworks include print styles?

Print stylesheets used to be a very important and relevant thing in the past, but lately I have seen some posts and articles that suggest that they are becoming progressively more obsolete and certain people argue that they just add unnecessary fluff and size to CSS frameworks. What's your take on the matter?
