We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in MEAN Stack and preferably have a good portfolio to show! This is an URGENT VACANCY! Preference given to candidates who are willing to join within a week. Not remote. We are based in Chandigarh, India.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a key position for a big, commercial product we have developed. The right candidate will be assigned as the CTO of the product, handling a development team of their own in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Design overall architecture of various applications (web, desktop, mobile).
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
• Maintain code integrity, organization, and documentation.
• Work with graphic designers and convert designs to visual elements.
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Build and deploy apps to production servers with CI/CD.
• Handle custom Linux-based OS builds and make modifications to them as needed.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in JavaScript.
• Expertise with Node and Angular 2+.
• Complete understanding of Dev Ops practices.
• Ability to create functional APIs.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• Being comfortable with steep learning curves.
• Ability to understand complex software ecosystems and how they work together.
• Functional understanding of Python.
