video + Screen recording live & get it uploaded to servers

I would like to record video [webcam + audio] & Screen sharing at a time from the user window and store it live on our servers.

Note: we don't want to record everything on user system and then upload the bulk file. thats not what we are looking out for. It should be a simultaneous upload to our servers, So that user can play later on.
