Vuejs and vue native.

Hi all, I want to make a dynamic web application. So should I write separate code for web app and mobile application. If yes then should i write separate code for Android and iOS both? Which database can i use for dynamic mobile application. Can i use same database fir both vue js web app and vue native app.

Please help and also share link for vuejs and vue native database tutorials and documentation.
