What would you use - TypeScript or ES6

Currently, I am thinking about my current Dev Environment and I want to change it. I know that I don't want to stay with ES5 but I really don't know if I should choose ES6 or Typescript. With Typescript I have some experience with ES6 not.

I use AngularJS in the Frontend and when released I want to use Angular 2 which is written in Typescript but compatible with ES6. In my Backend I use NodeJS.
