Very great initiative Ayodele Samuel Adebayo! I can definitely see myself using something like this, great job. I feel like as a software developer it can be easy to be too focused on the technical aspects of things and not the soft skills or business side of things. A platform like this is pretty valuable in that I haven't seen anywhere else where I can go to ask about the non-technical side of being a software developer.
For anyone also looking to improve your soft skills as a developer, there is this book I got recently on the topic that might help you out. I only read maybe a fifth of it or so but it seems pretty helpful so far. The book is called Soft Skills: the software developer's life manual. It talks about how to market yourself as a developer, the different career paths you could go and how, and some life advice that can apply even to non-developers.
