Learn to say "NO" fixes lots of unnecessary burns. Being in a position where I can hear more "Yes" than "No", I still try validating if it was out of willingness or forced. I learned, encouraging someone to say "NO" is also a great soft skill to build.

Great tips, I've heard many of my developer friends get stressed or even anxious at work. I, in turn, lost my sleep somewhere a couple of years ago, and it took a very long time to restore it. Any job can be exhausting, and then you just read articles like this on the Internet to find an alternative product to improve sleep. Your advice is excellent, the most important thing is to understand the value of your health
