I also spend quite a lot of time in front of the computer. I have found that the trackpad on my MacBook Pro is way more comfortable than a mouse.

But when I use any other laptop the trackpad is unbearable, so I use a cheap Logitech. (I love how "Logitech" is a con in your eyes. I laughed)

I recently started to learn vim (I use a vim extension on VScode). And it really does help to reduce the need for the mouse :D
