This article was excellent! Documentation is such a weak spot in many instances, and often not accessible. Another factor I've found is that documentation almost always assumes many pieces of prerequisite knowledge that are not often stated. It would be very helpful to include this type of information, too. While not strictly about accessibility, it does speak strongly to educating the reader/learner.
