A simple way to implement Dark Mode in .NET MAUI

Hello. I was trying to follow along with this but was having some trouble - thought I'd check your implementation on GitHub, but I can't seem to find the matching files? The only thing I found was a SettingsService.cs but it seems be implemented differently there. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks for writing all of this up!!
