Reading your article was an unexpected treat! My favorite parts were the chart for the Dunning-Kruger effect, the peak of stupidity. I've been there a few times. Lol! And I adore the football coach analogy. It really inspired me to see management in a more realistic light. I also like the remarks you make about living up to a title. This can be very harmful and cause a lot of unnecessary stress. Viewing ourselves as individuals that contribute in many different ways is important. Personally, I love that I am recognizing my value and the value that I add to others. Great work!
