Setting up React Micro Frontends with Vite Module Federation using @originjs/vite-plugin-federation

Do you know how to configure test environment, I am having troubles cuz test with vitest are traying to load the remote url unsuccessfully. then, the components in the host app are traying to navigate to remote components even when they have not unit test files.

Is it possible to implement hot reload? Instead of building the remote app
