UUID() it is not valid at this position...

Yosef, perhaps your version of MySQL does not support UUID() as the default value when creating a table. You might need to look into generating UUIDs for the ID columns a different way, such as with a trigger. I'm not 100% sure what will work for you but keep working at it and I'm sure you'll find a solution to create the necessary tables.
