From Zero to Fineturning with Axolotl on ROCm

Thank you so much! Very helpful guide! One question. You checked the version of HIP but you did not check "cuda.is_available()" method which was guided in the doc. Was it intended? I am struggling that "cuda.is_available()" returns False while "version.hip" returns the correct value.
