I heard about this approach before and tried it. But I had found that it puts too much pressure on you and leads to anxiety and depression eventually. Motivation should be positive (something to aim for), not frightening (FOMO). But maybe it’s just me.

You're not alone! After just 4-5 days of consistent effort, many people begin to lose the drive to pursue their dreams—it’s a real challenge.
That’s why I’m thinking of adding some fun elements to remind us of what we've achieved so far and to acknowledge that we're only human—we can get distracted. But the key is always bouncing back.
