About Me
Iโm a young Woman in Tech. At the age of 3, I was diagnosed with Aspergerโs Syndrome and so, I care deeply about encouraging neurodiverse thinkers to use their unique approaches and ways of seeing the world to benefit their workplaces.
Equally, I am passionate about spreading awareness on how neurodiverse individuals are already creating benefits for the companies they work for and how breaking down the misconceptions of neurodiversity is essential for a successful business. I care deeply about inclusivity, diversity and accessibility, particularly within the workplace. I have spoken at Pause Fest Melbourne, DDD Brisbane, Pluralsight LIVE, WomenTech Global Conference on the subject of Neurodiversity within the workplace, and the benefits neurodiverse individuals can bring forward ๐
Iโm currently a Training Assistant and I also dabble in tech community engagement, where I have developed a passion for community outreach within the technology space, which has led me to meeting new people and organisations. I enjoy giving back to the community in as many ways possible including mentoring, public speaking and moderating panel discussions, all of which bring me happiness and make a positive impact ๐
My continued goal is to make the world a happier place, fostering gender, inclusivity and neurodiversity, creating and developing meaningful connections within the tech community, to inspire, and most importantly, to support ๐
