Once for me, after the interview got over, I asked the interviewer "how did I perform?" and he replied we can't disclose that to you because of company policies! 🤦 I think there should be transparency.
A company which gives real work to do. Not like MNCs where you can complete the task in 1 hour, but they [scrum masters] will ask you to do for 15 days. No, in/out time. I mean if you have completed your day's work, then why will you sit for 9 hours? Of course, competitive salary.
