My thoughts on Studying for 12 hours a day 📚

We often hear about learning motivation. I think it doesn't matter how much you study, it matters how. All people are individuals and everyone should be aware of their strengths and weaknesses. And if you feel that your current state of learning is not yielding results, then it is only then worth increasing the learning time. Some may just read the article and decide that they have to study for at least 12 hours, otherwise, they are worthless. This greatly affects self-esteem and motivation. For me personally, 4-5 hours of study every day is enough. I also remember to rest and eat right.
