In my rust:1.68.2-slim-buster base image I don't have the RUST_HOME env variable, but I do have a CARGO_HOME. Is that expected?
Also, I couldn't find any mention of RUST_HOME in the official docs where it talks about env vars: doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/environme..
