How Chess Paves the Way for Programming Mastery: Insights from My Observations

A nice analysis! I would agree and think chess is a good foundation for logical thinking - it is both fully visible (all outcomes can be known and there’s no randomness) and bounded in scope. As an abstraction for general puzzle-solving it’s excellent! I wish I played more than one game every few years now :)
