Yes! I've been an entrepreneur since I was a kid and have always had side gigs. 💰 Currently, I'm the CMO at Kinsta, but I also build and sell premium WordPress plugins with my brother.
Here are a few interesting things we learned throughout the process: woorkup.com/launching-first-wordpress-plugin

I also run a separate marketing blog and a couple of niche sites. So I definitely don't have much time. Here are a few tips:
- You have to stay organized or you will lose your mind. I'm a heavy user of Trello. Without it, my world would fall into chaos. Set due dates for your tasks or projects and stick to them.
- Learn to say no! I can't stress this enough. Focus on the tasks that will make you the most money.
Learn to say 'no' to the good so you can say 'yes' to the best." - John C. Maxwell
- Get rid of distractions. Great little extensions like the Facebook news feed eradicator are awesome. This allows me to use FB for work purposes, but I never see anything else.
- There are hundreds of little productivity hacks I've learned over the years. These are different for every person, but figure out which tools you need to get your tasks done fast, and with the fewest clicks. It might sound a little crazy, but every little bit helps.
- I gave up on inbox zero years ago. Not worth the time trying to get there. Focus on important emails and move forward. You might be better than me at this, but if you're spending a lot of time trying to get to zero, you may want to re-evaluate things.
Hopefully that helps! 😄
