Henry Stimler

Henry Stimler joined Newmark in 2018 and focuses exclusively on multifamily debt and equity origination and brokerage, prioritizing large and challenging and bespoke transactions.

Mr. Stimler has been successful in persuading Tri-State investors to invest in new markets across the United States, including the Midwest, Texas, and the South Florida region. Mr. Stimler has sourced equity from high-net-worth-individuals in London, Tel Aviv, and Johannesburg, in addition to his native Great Britain, France, and Israel. He speaks English, Hebrew, and Yiddish fluently.

Prior to establishing Newmark, Stimler was a company director at London Green Capital, a prolific debt origination firm he founded in 2015.
