Rizwan from (uniondevelopers.com). Just want to add my experience that realtors can be very effective at finding the right home for clients because they know the market, understand clients' needs, and have access to listings. However, the experience can vary depending on the realtor's expertise and how well they communicate with their clients. It's all about finding someone who listens and understands what you're looking for.
I work for a CRM consulting platform ( at Techloyce ). I automate things so that my modifications are automated in version control rather than keeping track of them. This way, I can rebuild an entire system from the ground up with a single command and analyze the scripts I've written to see exactly what state it's in. This also allows me to maintain the configurations and apps of many systems in sync. There's no need for a separate journal; if things go wrong, simply wipe and reinstall.
In my opinion, going for blog visitors is better/easier than going after subscribers. I have a subscribe box on the right hand side of my blog's site, but I suppose one of those pop ups might be more effective. I've noticed that many websites prompt you to subscribe as soon as you get on the page. Perhaps it's just me using subscriptionflow.com for subscription management, but I read a lot of blogs but never feel compelled to subscribe to them, and I'm sure many others do as well. I usually just come back to see if there are any new posts, so perhaps you need a mechanism to entice folks to subscribe?
