At Nokia, my role as a Cloud Engineer has been pivotal in resolving critical technical incidents, ensuring consistent uptime, and safeguarding against revenue loss. My competency in OpenStack, Linux, and other platforms has been honed over 2.5+ years, I also have experienced a temporary position as Technical Team Lead for 3 months, distributing tasks, mentoring a new team member, and managing technical requests and activities raised by our customer. Our team’s success in server resource management and Juniper/Pluribus L2/L3 switch troubleshooting underpins our commitment to operational excellence.
With over 20+ years of experience as an IT System Administrator, having worked at BNP Paribas Cardif Portugal, and other big companies in Brazil like one Affiliate of Rede Globo Television and Petrobras SA, I developed a robust skill set and the ability to adapt to new processes, excellent problem-solving, analytical skills ticket system management, and enhancing the customer service experience.
