Kareem Waly

Hey everyone! I’m Kareem Waly, a recent Master's graduate from the University of Ottawa, and a freelance Data Scientist. I am proficient in Python, version control systems like Git, open source, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. I am familiar with YOLO, a state-of-the-art object detection system that uses deep learning, Large Language Models (LLM), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), which are powerful techniques for generating and manipulating text and images. I have a solid knowledge of Blockchain techniques from the University of Zurich, where I developed a ChainTrack supply chain project based on blockchain to ensure transparency and traceability I have worked on some end-to-end projects in web3 and data science, such as building a decentralized music app using Ethereum, a smart contract platform that enables distributed applications, and a sentiment analysis model using BERT, a pre-trained natural language processing model that can handle various tasks.
