I'm Russell, a passionate software engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Throughout my career, I've developed a deep understanding of both monolithic and microservice-oriented architectures, allowing me to build robust and scalable applications. I served as an Events Coordinator and Social Media Manager for the ACM chapter at UCSC, organized hackathons, and promoted chess on campus as a Chess.com Student Ambassador. I also enjoyed helping fellow students as a Student Ambassador for Headstarter, guiding them in their career journeys.
