can we change 'cron' value to bigger schedule values like a week or 10 days ?
Sure you can. 0 0 */10 * *
for every 10 days of the month. 0 0 * * 0
for every Sundays.

I also got this error. I will leave the solution here, if anyone has a problem, they can fix it. I think this part can be added to the blog post as an update. go to "Repository Settings > Action > General" and enable "read/write workflow permission".
