Add Edit button to top of post, Save button to bottom of edit screen, and add a new section of the Dashboard for existing posts.

Right now, if I want to edit a blog post, I have to enter that post and then scroll all the way to the bottom of it (some of my posts are long). Once I've edited it, I then have to scroll right back up to the top to save it. Would it be possible to add an edit button at the top of the post? Then also add a Save button further down the edit screen?

Ideally, Edit/Delete buttons would be available in a page similar to 'Drafts' in our Blog Dashboard.
