1. Never Give Up

All Senior Software Engineer out there all started as newbie, never give up on the process. Just stay focus, and also be consistent.

2. Stay Positive

Don't believe in the term "I can't get that task done". Seek help from experts in your field. You can Google your problem, and also get inspirations and solutions from other Software Engineers on Stack Overflow. There are a lot of ways you can get your issues resolved using the internet. You become better in doing the difficult tasks.

3. Be humble

As a Software Engineer, you need to learn how to gain more knowledge from Senior Software Engineers, don't look at the age difference or level. Get a Senior Software Engineer as a mentor, always go to them for help. Learn something useful.

4. Be Curious

Be passionate and well organized. Let curiosity be your driving force. Make sure you upgrade your knowledge every day. Don't stay outdated, but rather stay updated.

5. Don't Learn At Random

Pick up the skills you like best as a Software Engineer and try to be good at it before exploring on other technologies. Don't just learn without practicing. Practice what you've learned. Practice always. A Software Engineer is called "Senior Software Engineer" based on experience and what he/she have worked on. Everything in life have to deal with process. Don't just give up on the process.... Stay focus, determined and curious to learn new things.

My quote for the day:

Never let your present level distract you from your goal as a software engineer. Always stay determined and be discipline. Never give up on the process.
