Element is defined by a starting tag {<>} If the element contains other content, it ends with a closing tag {</>}, where the element name is preceded by a forward

CSSis the second programming language which help in the beautification of the webpage. It consists of different designs from positioning, structuring and color of the webpage.

In conclusion, HTML is a like a lady in her natural self without make up while, CSS is a lady with make up on her face.
