As a front end developer what tools can I use to convert a mock up into HTML & CSS and XML ?

Am a graphic designer who knows a bit of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML but I have found my self amongst web and mobile app developers. I want some set of tools that will make life easier as I work with them by converting the mock ups I will design into products they can work with (template & XML). Any suggestions?
