Given Task As product managers, use a Kanban board to manage and work with all cross functional teams(product design,frontend and backend team) to deliver a To-do app.

Task Execution Considering the task we were given and the deadline for the task,we had to get to work immediately. Kanban is a tool which shows product road mapping. considering that we don't have a Kanban app but we have other apps that have the Kanban template, we decided to work with Monday.com . After putting down each team tasks on the board, every one of the teams got to work.
The product designers tasks also included them carrying out research,wireframing,low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies. They are to design the to-do app that allows users to add tasks,edit tasks,delete tasks,update tasks and set a reminder for each tasks. It should have a web and mobile version. After delivering the screens,the frontend team got right to work and started developing. Their task was to build the to-do app using the web designs from the product designers.
