Personality Traits
I am introverted, specifically an INTJ (Introversion, intuition, Thinking, Judging) Yes that’s right, I’m an introvert. And no, that doesn’t mean that I dislike people , that I’m anti-social, or that I’m weird (okay maybe a little weird). It simply means that I have a different way of going about my life. And you know what? That’s okay! I am perfectly happy now, although for a long time I used to think that there was something wrong with me, and that I needed to learn how to be more “social”.Now that I have a better understanding of myself, let me give you a glimpse of what's it's like to be an INTJ
(INTJ) is a person with the Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Judging personality traits. We love perfecting the details of life, applying creativity and rationality to most of the things do. Our inner world is often a private, complex on and I think we are often misunderstood because we just don’t conform to many social norms the rest of the world accepts
Core Values and Motivations
I think my personality type has a had a huge influence in shaping my core values which are curiosity, excellence and Integrity. These values guide my daily actions and long-term goals.
Curiosity-I value information, knowledge, and intelligence and I develop an interest in something, I strive to become as knowledgeable and skilled as I can in that area.I believe is that through willpower and intelligence, I can achieve even the most challenging of goal.Being curious also means that I choose to look deeper into everyday things and seeing their true significance. Realizing that there is much to learn from everyone and everything you can encounter is the first step to living a fulfilling and happy life.
Excellence-I think this is probably one of the best lessons that I learnt from my dad . In everything that I do, I really want to do my absolute best. I might not be perfect but I’m going to give it my all.
Integrity-I value being transparent and honest in my daily actions.I believe to make the world a better place we should always do the right thing even if no one is watching.
As INTJs, we believe that life is like a giant game of chess. Relying on strategy rather than chance, we contemplate the strengths and weaknesses of each move before we take action. And we never lose faith, with enough ingenuity and insight, we can find a way to win – no matter what challenges might arise along the way.
