HELP!! Frustrated!! Lost!!

Greetings to all, Shortly I have worked as webdesign and Front end developer from 2005 till 2010, then I stopped , I want to restart again now, I have gone the last months through a lot of searches , videos and online courses. I know HTML , CSS and Java script but nowadays there is much more. I am lost and frustrated don't know where to start I need a plan to start working as a junior freelancer within 6 months. I need help should I start using with Atom or VS code ? I went through beginner r courses in Bootstrap , Node js and GIT hub. I feel more lost as I am in-need to start working on project rather than just listening to videos, it is important for sure but not feeling any progress. I need help and advice , where to start from . All HTML and CSS and all web development online courses are for complete newbies and they are not right for me . I want to work on projects to learn ... I wish you understand what I really want and could give me help and advice ... Thanks All
