How to convince my employer to upgrade my development machine 😉?

I am backend developer (NodeJS) who is in the transition phase to become a full stack development. Basically, I am handling mobile application development using React Native ATM.

I am using Macbook pro 13inch with 8GB RAM which is not sufficient. How can I convince my employer to upgrade the machine? 😉
