How would a self-taught developer evaluate their own expertise regarding junior, mid, and senior level positions?

I have been coding for a while (~5 years, but only about ~3 years professionally), and am curious how I can gauge my level of skill when I have no "credentials" that traditional education provides as a form of verification.
