Mostly doing copy-paste, can't code from scratch = fraud?

I can't code without heavily relying on various features in IDE and referring to cheatsheets. I probably couldn't even write a few basic lines of code without making a lot of syntax errors unless I use those helper tools. For example, I know exactly what to do with <a> tag, but, the other day, I tried to type a full line of <a> tag and couldn't even get "href=..." right. (ex. missing quotes, wrote "herf" instead of "href", etc.) I understand and edit code fine, but I can't write code from my memory much at all. I have a hard time building something unless I do a lot of copy-paste from my enormous cheatsheet collections.

Am I a fraud?
